Andrea brings 18 years of experience with the company, most recently serving as Corporate Director of Human Resources. Throughout her tenure, she has played a key role in shaping HR strategy, supporting operational leaders, and fostering a culture focused on engagement, development, and retention.
In her new role, Andrea will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, team member development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
