Scott Stuart
Scott Stuart, President
With over 37 years of industry expertise, Scott Stuart, President of Lodgco Hospitality LLC, has led transformation, growth, and brand success for major players like Aimbridge Hospitality. His leadership extends to ownership engagement with prominent groups such as Blackstone (BRE Hotels & Resorts), G Holdings, NexPoint Capital, Singerman Real Estate, and Fulcrum Hospitality, alongside various ownership types including family entities, REITs, and private equity firms.
Before joining Lodgco, Scott held key operational roles with third-party management groups, including Kitchin Hospitality Inc. and Park Management Group LLC, culminating in a long-term position as Senior VP of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality. His hands-on approach fosters team building, leadership development, and strong ownership relations, consistently delivering positive results.
Scott holds a Bachelor’s in Management and Marketing from Ball State University and actively supports nonprofit initiatives. His commitment to servant leadership, transparency, integrity, and ethical values continues to drive his pursuit of excellence in hospitality.

Mike Postle
Mike Postle, Vice President of Development & Facilities
With over 24 years of hospitality, commercial, residential, and multifamily experience, Mike’s area of expertise lies in the development of the portfolio, facility oversight, and project management for Lodgco Hospitality. Consistent with Lodgco’ s values he works closely with ownership groups sourcing new projects and bringing value to their portfolios. Mike has also been an integral part of developing relationships and negotiating contracts with brands, vendors, municipalities, and brokers. With a focus on increasing Lodgco’s footprint, he has been instrumental in both construction and acquisitions in new markets.
During Mike’s time at Lodgco, he has managed renovations, PIPs, and capital improvements across the portfolio. In addition to his role in development, he previously served as the Vice President of Operations. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management and Business from Central Michigan University and is actively involved in various nonprofit initiatives, including Habitat for Humanity.

Callie Cain
Callie Cain, Vice President of Sales and Commercial Strategy
As Vice President of Sales and Commercial Strategy, Callie Cain has 26 years of hospitality sales experience. She has grown her career with Lodgco Hospitality, working as a Regional Director of Sales, then becoming the Vice President of Sales and Commercial Strategy where she has been instrumental in building the sales and revenue driven culture within the company.
Callie leads the development and execution of hotel sales and marketing strategies, while overseeing revenue initiatives aimed at driving performance and enhancing asset value. She heads a talented team of sales, revenue, and marketing professionals, all focused on increasing market share and topline revenue. Callie ensures her team is equipped with the right tools and expertise to identify the optimal business mix for the hotel, leverage competitive set analysis, and implement strategies that drive revenue, maximize returns, and expand market share. Callie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Western Michigan University.

Irina Kassem
Irina Kassem, Vice President of Finance
Irina Petcu Kassem, MBA, Corporate Director of Finance-Irina is a seasoned finance professional with a wealth of experience structuring business loans, analyzing business financials, and financial reporting. She spearheads all financing/refinancing of assets and manages lender relationships. Prior to joining Lodgco, Irina spent 15+ years in various business lending roles, including Commercial Loan Underwriter and Portfolio Manager.
In this lending role, Irina focused on Commercial Real Estate and Asset-Based Loans, and served on Executive Loan Committees, where she gained an in-depth understanding of the various facets of commercial loans. Irina has worked with hundreds of business owners and private equity investors, whom she consulted on appropriately structuring/acquiring new debt/assets, while building relationship with a variety of lenders.
Irina has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

Jennifer Stanley
Jennifer Stanley, Vice President of Accounting
As Vice President of Accounting at Lodgco, Jennifer leads the accounting team in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, backed by comprehensive data analysis. With extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining robust internal controls, she ensures alignment between financial planning and business objectives by collaborating effectively with operations and sales teams. Renowned for her ability to optimize processes, Jennifer streamlines payroll, expense tracking, and financial reconciliations to enhance efficiency and drive cost savings.
Dedicated to team development, Jennifer fosters a collaborative environment where accounting professionals can excel and grow their expertise. Under her leadership, the accounting team delivers precise and actionable financial data to the executive team, empowering strategic and tactical decisions that enhance profitability and operational success. Her efforts contribute to positioning Lodgco for sustained growth in a dynamic and competitive market.

Cindy Holub
Cindy Holub, Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy
As Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy, Cindy is responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing, distribution and e-commerce strategies while leveraging available technologies to maximize revenue, market share and drive profitability for Lodgco’s portfolio of hotels.
Cindy has worked in hospitality in both U.S. and International markets for over 30 years with positions in operations, sales and revenue management. Her experience includes overseeing the strategic direction and performance of more than 40 extended stay hotels as well as communicating the portfolio’s strategy and results to key stakeholders. She also managed the financial objectives of different lodging groups to maximize total revenue for a cluster of international hotels with more than 4,000 guest rooms & room revenue in excess of $300 million per year.
Cindy has completed comprehensive hotel market feasibility studies and led the revenue process for numerous hotel pre-openings and brand conversions. She has been recognized with numerous awards including Revenue Management Leader of the Year for Total Hotel Revenue Management and Outstanding Revenue Leadership. Cindy is Brand Certified in Revenue Management for Best Western, IHG, Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott and has earned her Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics from STR.

Susie Nowakowski
Susie Nowakowski, Corporate Director of Operations
Susie Nowakowski is a hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience. Since joining Lodgco in 2019, she has risen to the role of Corporate Director of Operations, overseeing hotels various brands throughout the portfolio and region. Susie's expertise includes acquisitions, operations management, and strategic brand partnerships. A Central Michigan University graduate with a degree in Business Administration, she has held key roles such as Dual General Manager and Regional Director of Operations and Director of Human Resources.
Susie has successfully implemented strategies that drive operational excellence and is known for consistently delivering strong profit performance alongside impressive Guest Service Scores. She excels in developing leadership talent and maintaining high GM retention. Susie has played a pivotal role in new property openings and management transitions. With a focus on communication, leadership, and team building, she thrives in dynamic environments and is deeply committed to operational success. Leveraging her extensive network and owner relations, Susie fosters lasting partnerships in the hospitality industry.
