Site Accessibility

At Lodgco Hospitality, we strive to provide an accessible and optimized user experience for all website visitors. We have taken careful measures to ensure a positive website user experience, regardless of the assistive technology being used to access our website.

The Lodgco Hospitality website is monitored and tested regularly as part of our fully managed accessibility compliance policy. As new solutions are discovered to improve the user experience, we will continue to improve our website to offer the user a continued positive experience. It is our continued goal to remove barriers and allow full access to our properties, brands, and services whenever that is readily achievable, and to feature future services with accessibility standards in mind.

Web Accessibility Guidelines

Lodgco Hospitality adheres to the current Web Content Accessibility Guideline (WCAG) Version 2.1, Level AA, and is currently in conformance with the Section 508 Web Accessibility Standards developed by the United States Access Board (Section 508), to ensure our web content is made available and accessible for individuals with disabilities and user friendly for everyone. Site features include and are not limited to:

  • We have ensured that all website content is structured and with appropriate headings and alternative text.
  • The navigation menu is in logical order with appropriate headers and alternative text.
  • Photo and image alternative text, and form labels are incorporated for users who use assistive screenreader technology.
  • All text is adaptive for size changes without breaking the layout, content, or graphics.
  • All colors meet minimum site accessibility contrast requirements.
  • All content is written in plain, inclusive, straightforward, and concise language.

Technical Specifications

Accessibility of our Lodgco Hospitality website relies on HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript technologies to work with web browsers, phone, tablets, and assistive technologies or plugins installed on computers and devices. These technologies are relied upon for conformance and fall within the current accessibility standards used.

Limitations and Third Party Sites

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of our Lodgco Hospitality website, there may be some limitations based on third party entities that are providing data into our website. In addition, some pages or documents on our website contain links to third-party sites or third-party PDF documents. Lodgco Hospitality is not responsible for the online content or accessibility of third-party sites or third-party owned documents.

Adobe PDF Documents

As a Hospitality company, we sometimes have to distribute or hyperlink to paperwork and other documents in Adobe Acrobat® Portable Document Format (PDF). PDF format is used to preserve the content and layout of some of our hard copy publications. In order to improve the viewing of these files, please download the latest free version of Adobe Reader.

People using screen-reading devices generally are unable to read documents directly in PDF format, unless they have an accessibility plug-in installed on their system along with the Adobe Acrobat Reader. We do ask that you please utilize the plug-in that is available at no charge from Adobe. This Adobe online tool will convert PDF files to HTML on request. To get the plug-in and latest news about Adobe's accessibility tools and services, please visit the Access Adobe site.
