Ann Kelly, President
Ann started with Lodgco Hospitality in 2000, as the Corporate Controller and was promoted to chief financial officer in 2010, and to President in 2016. Her responsibilities include collaboration with the Board to define and articulate the organization's vision, including developing strategies to ensure the long term financial viability of the company. She is also responsible for owner/investor relations as it relates to development, including new construction, acquisitions, structuring capital, and asset management. Ann holds a bachelor degree in accounting from Central Michigan University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Northwood University. Ann has always been involved in the community and in supporting issues involving women and children. Ann is a former Chairman of the Board for the Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. She also serves on the Midland Tomorrow Board and has served on the United Way allocation panel.
